We use Australia Post for all our deliveries.
AUSTRALIA ORDERS
FLAT RATE SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA of $8.00 for orders under $89.
FREE SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA for orders over $89
STANDARD POST: We send all our orders standard post. We aim to have all Australian orders shipped the same day if placed before 4.00PM (AEST). When your item is dispatched you will receive an email notification.
Standard Delivery Time Frame: Delivery to anywhere in Australia, Shipping of your product can take up to 5+ business days, for WA, NT and SA it can take up to 8+ business days. (May be longer if located in a Rural Location)
EXPRESS POST: We use Australia Post Express. If you are needing your item urgently, please select EXPRESS POST (for an additional charge) at check out and we will send your parcel Express Post Monday to Friday. When your item is dispatched you will receive an email notification.
Express Delivery Time Frame: Delivery to anywhere in Australia is 1 to 5 business days in the event there are unforeseeable delays. Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 business days. Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If they feel it is not safe to leave, or the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.
NEW ZEALAND ORDERS
FLAT RATE SHIPPING $27 AUD with Signature.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING $15 AUD with No Signature.
Delivery Time Frame: All New Zealand orders are sent with Australia Post and should be received within 3-5 business days*. Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post.
USA, CANADA & REST OF THE WORLD ORDERS
FLAT RATE SHIPPING $28 AUD with Signature.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING $25 AUD with No Signature.
Delivery Time Frame: All USA, Canada the Rest of the World orders are sent with Australia Post and should be received within 3-10 business days*. Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post.
Please note:
- Shipments are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays and on Australian public holidays.
- Shipping couriers and Australia Post do not deliver on weekends or Australian public holidays.
- Shipping may take additional time during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather events.
- Address cannot be changed once order is paid. Goosebumps Clothing is not liable for wrong address in the invoice.

If you have not received your items please email us at info@goosebumpsclothing.com with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.
Delivery & Order Cost
The delivery cost is a flat rate per order. All charges are in Australian Dollars ($AUD). The currency conversion will provide an estimate to your local currency. The conversion provided estimates the charge in your local currency, however you will be charged in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
Please note: Goosebumps Clothing takes all care but no responsibility once the parcel has left head office. In the unlikely event your package does go missing, the account outcome will be at the discretion of Australia post.
International Orders:- * Please note once your parcel is received in your country, then your countries postal service procedures will apply. Any additional costs for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. For more detailed information please contact your local customs office. No free shipping for international orders.
