If a product is out of stock, it will say so on the product page. Though occasionally, due to high demand, we may be out of stock of certain items. If we do not have an item in stock that you’ve ordered, you will be contacted via email or by phone. A suitable alternative of the same value may be offered or we will credit your account using the same method by which payment was made.
We accept payment though Pay Pal and direct deposit. Once your payment has gone through we will email you and let you know your parcel is on the way. Please refer to our payment policy for bank details.

Goosebumps Clothing has our sizing guide chart at the top of our webpage. Generally your current bust measurement will give you a good indication of your size. If you are between sizes or prefer a roomier fit, we recommend purchasing a size up. If in doubt please feel free to contact us for more individual advice.
Every effort is taken to ensure accuracy of photos and colours. However, slight variations in colour can occur on different computer monitors. We do offer an exchange policy to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase.

Goosebumps Clothing ships Australia wide for a flat rate. We also ship all over the world including New Zealand, Singapore, USA, Canada and Europe! Please note for international deliveries, we will need to inform you of the shipping cost and you are responsible for any duties/taxes imposed by your local customs authority.
Order $100 or more from our Goosebumps Clothing Online Store and receive FREE Shipping for any orders within Australia. $8.50 flat rate is charged for all other domestic orders throughout Australia. International freight is calculated using the Australia Post Network for overseas parcels and will be calculated per weight. Overseas shipping fees does not include insurance and all parcels will be sent via registered post which you will have to sign for. Freight charges for overseas parcels will be confirmed once the order has been processed.

Orders $100 and over (in the one order), shipping is FREE within Australia. Please refer to our Shipping Policy if you require further information.
For delivery within Australia we use Australia Post.
Product(s) + Shipping time. Shipping time varies from area to area, and can be anywhere up to 7 working days within Australia and 2 – 4 weeks for overseas.
NOTE: Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at check-out. These charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Border Agencies in the collection of these items. Custom authorities require that we state the true value of your order directly on your package. It is the sole discretion of the customs agents to release your package.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
how do I make an exchange?
All exchanges are processed as a new sale and a return. Should you require a different size, simply place and pay for a new order online and send your original order back to us for a refund or store credit (store credits have no expiry). Due to our high turnover of stock, this process ensures that you get your new items before they sell out in the size/colour you want.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING and CONDITION (tags attached, unwashed, NO perfume smells or odours and UNWORN.) Sale items will receive a store credit only.
Refunds can only be credited in the original form paid. Please send parcels back by a secure traceable method (such as express post) to ensure a safe delivery to our warehouse. We will email you notification once your return has been processed. Please allow up to 5 days for your refund to appear on your statement.
The cost of returning the exchanged/returned item is the responsibility of the customer and we take no responsibility for lost items that do not reach us. We charge a flat rate for postage. The accounting department will refund you less the amount we were billed for postage when your item/s are returned. Please include a note with your request so when your parcel arrives the warehouse manager knows what action to take and also include your Order Number.
If we ever do send you incorrect merchandise, we will send out the correct order with a reply paid satchel for you to return the incorrect goods.
