Follow the prompts until the contact sheet has been completed and you will be directed to another page that will explain the methods of payments accepted.

ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA AND INTERNATIONAL
Goods sold by Goosebumps Clothing are shipped within Australia via Australia Post. Goods delivered overseas sold by Goosebumps Clothing are sent by standard airmail. The delivery time for each order is based on the availability time for the Product(s) + Shipping time. Shipping time varies from area to area, and can be anywhere up to 7 working days within Australia and 2 – 4 weeks for overseas.
NOTE: Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at check-out. These charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Border Agencies in the collection of these items. Custom authorities require that we state the true value of your order directly on your package. It is the sole discretion of the customs agents to release your package.
HOW IS FREIGHT CALCULATED?
Order $100 or more from our Goosebumps Clothing Online Store and receive FREE Shipping for any orders within Australia. $8.50 flat rate is charged for all other domestic orders throughout Australia. International freight is calculated using the Australia Post Network for overseas parcels and will be calculated per weight. Overseas shipping fees does not include insurance and all parcels will be sent via registered post which you will have to sign for. Freight charges for overseas parcels will be confirmed once the order has been processed.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ITEM IS IN STOCK?
If a product is out of stock, it will say so on the product page. Though occasionally, due to high demand, we may be out of stock of certain items. If we do not have an item in stock that you’ve ordered, you will be contacted via email or by phone. A suitable alternative of the same value may be offered or we will credit your account using the same method by which payment was made.
HOW DO I KNOW WHETHER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
When you send in your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us. All orders will be processed and despatched upon receipt of payment. If there are any errors or wrong details, please let us know immediately.
Shopping Cart takes you through to a checkout, you can either select Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay or Direct Banking.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
If you are not completely happy with your purchase please feel free to return it WITHIN 14 DAYS of date of purchase and we will exchange it for something more suitable. Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING and CONDITION (tags attached, unwashed, NO perfume smells or odours and unworn.) We will also refund if we can’t talk you into something else!! The cost of returning the exchanged item is the responsibility of the customer and we take no responsibility for lost items that do not reach us. Note: No exchange or refund on sale items unless otherwise stated. The accounting department will refund you less the amount we were billed for postage when your item/s are returned. Please include a note with your request so when your parcel arrives the warehouse manager knows what action to take
If your order is found to be defective please contact us by email, telephone and arrange to return the goods for exchange within 14 days of receipt of products.

HOW WE CHARGE
After you have submitted your order, we will send you a confirmation email containing your order details. If there are any errors or wrong details, let us know within 12 hours.
All Prices are AUD and quoted on the web page are current as of the date the product page was generated by our system. In case of a discrepancy between the product page price and the shopping cart price, the Shopping cart price at the time of order will take precedence, and will be the price applicable in the case that an order is placed.
Any orders sent overseas delayed in customs must be dealt with by the purchaser residing in the relevant country, and any fees or charges incurred through customs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
